- Modify, copy, or attempt to reverse engineer the Trustly bot or service
- Use Trustly for illegal activities or to violate applicable laws
- Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access
- Use the service for harassment, spam, phishing, or malicious purposes
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to Trustly
- Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary information
4. Partnership Agreement
All server moderators and administrators using Trustly must sign a partnership agreement acknowledging their responsibilities. This agreement covers:
- Staff accountability for moderation decisions
- Proper use of enforcement tools and powers
- Confidentiality and data protection obligations
- Compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Agreement to follow all applicable laws and regulations
5. User Responsibilities
As a Trustly user, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities conducted under your account
- Notifying Trustly immediately of unauthorized access to your account
- Complying with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- Using moderation tools fairly, ethically, and in good faith
- Not using the service to target, harass, or discriminate against users
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Trustly for:
- Illegal activities or content
- Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abuse of users
- Exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of minors
- Spam, unsolicited messages, or disruptive behavior
- Misuse of moderation tools to unfairly target users
- Discrimination based on protected characteristics
- Violation of intellectual property rights
7. Moderation Data and Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trustly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, reputation, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
